For orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO addresses (and other military addresses), we ship via US Mail. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
For faster delivery, please have your order shipped to a physical street address.
Standard, 2Day, and Overnight orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Orders placed for 2Day or Overnight delivery must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time in order to be shipped the same day. Saturdays and Sundays are not standard delivery days for 2Day and Overnight shipments. Example- If you place your order on Friday before 12pm (noon) CST via Overnight delivery, it will be delivered on Monday. Saturday express delivery IS an OPTION in some areas, but please call us to get a quote if you require your order to be delivered on a Saturday. Delivery can be as fast as tomorrow or up to 7 business days depending on the option you choose.
Free Shipping Promotion
Orders with the free shipping promotion chosen will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or US Mail, whichever is the most cost-effective.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail tracking number (add orders_thel-bar.com to your email contacts to ensure that you receive this email) and you may track the package's progress at www.UPS.com or www.fedex.com or www.usps.com.

Shipping Exceptions
As per Alabama state law, thel-bar.com will not ship vibrating or phallic sex toys to customers in Alabama.
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible. However, If you use a discount coupon in conjuction with our free shipping promotions or your order contains large items that are unusually expensive to ship, The L Bar reserves the right to ship in the most cost effective manner and it may take slightly longer to arrive. Examples of this are love dolls, bulk orders, sex machines and furniture.
International Shipping
At this time The L Bar only ships to addresses in the United States and outlying territories.
Returns
Please fully inspect your order immediately after delivery. Keep all packaging until you have completed your inspection. If your item is defective upon receipt, we will happily exchange your item, just give us a call at 888-572-LBAR (5227) or send us an email at service_thel-bar.com to make us aware of the situation.
****From October 1st to December 31st, we will not accept returns of costumes. Exchanges of new, unworn costumes can be made for the same costume in a different size. Please contact customer service for assistance in exchanging your costume for a different size.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange or return the item(s) provided the item(s) have been unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all of the manufacturer's packaging and tagging still on the product. Items that are returned in an opened or used condition will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
All products returned, following the guidelines above, are eligible for a refund. We will credit the total purchase price, less any shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order your refund will be less $6.95 if your remaining order balance is below $59. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns will be completely inspected prior to issuing any credit.
***Returns and exchanges are not accepted on Swimsuits and Undergarments such as bras, panties, g-strings, thongs, hosiery, men's shorts, etc.
All return shipments require authorization. Please contact us for returns approval and instructions. Items recieved without prior authorization will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
Returns/exchanges will be processed within 30 business days.
